At Odyssey Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
